05-09-2016 Heard Sri Sunil Kumar, learned counsel for petitioners, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor as well as Sri Manish Kumar No. 2, learned counsel, who has voluntarily appeared on behalf of informant.

Two petitioners, who are named accused in the F.I.R. i.e. Akbarpur P.S. Case No. 77 of 2016 registered for offence under Section 302 & other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, 1959, have prayed for grant of bail in the event of arrest or surrender.

It was submitted by learned counsel for petitioners that in village politics, the petitioners have been victimized and they were named as accused. It has also been argued that

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34489 of 2016 (3) dt.05-09-2016 2/2 petitioners are student and there is no specific accusation against the petitioners.

However, after going through the F.I.R. itself, the Court is satisfied that it is not a case for grant of anticipatory bail. The petition stands dismissed.
