2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 303, 111(2)(ii), 111(3), 111(4), 111(5), 112(2) of B.N.S., 2023, Section 21 of MM (D&R) Act, 1957 and Rule 56 of BM (CPIMTS) Rules, 2024.

3. It is alleged that F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner were engaged in illegal mining and transportation of sand.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was labourer and was working on the instruction of employer. No incriminating article has been recovered from possession of this petitioner and is in custody since 17.02.2025. Charge-sheet has been submitted.
