The petitioners have filed the modification petition for extending the period of surrender of the petitioners. The petitioners were granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 19.05.2016 passed in Cr.Misc.No.22041 of 2016. The petitioners were directed to surrender in the court below within six weeks but the petitioners could not surrender as husband, son and daughterin-law were made accused in this case and the petitioners could not get close relatives.

Let the petitioners surrender in the court below within six weeks from today and on such petitioners shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29002 of 2016 (2) dt.05-09-2016 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Nawada in connection with SC/ST (Nawada) P.S.Case No.03 of 2016.

The condition no.1 of order dated 19.05.2016 is modified to that extent.
