JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 08-07-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sursand P.S. Case No.103 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 20/22/23 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got clean antecedent and he is in custody since 08.04.2019. He further submits that the petitioner was arrested with 4 Kg. of Ganja.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge,
