The present writ application has been filed seeking quashing of the order dated 05.03.2014 passed by the President, the Bihar State Board of Religious Trust, Patna by which the petitioner has been removed from the post of Trustee (Mahanth) with respect to RAM JANKI MATH situated at village Hazipur, P. S. Kesariya, District-East Champaran.

The order passed by the President, Bihar State Board of Religious Trust is appealable under Section 28(3) of the Act, the petitioner not having availed the statutory remedy of appeal,

Patna High Court CWJC No.15528 of 2015(3) dt.13-02-2023 2/2 the Court is not inclined to entertain the present writ application and thus, the writ application is dismissed.

However, in the event, if the petitioner files an appeal, the same shall be considered on its own merit and the appellate Authority shall also keep in mind the time spent by the petitioner before this Court in pursuing the present writ application.
