2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 447, 341, 323, 324, 326, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Mohiuddin Nagar P.S. Case No. 68 of 2016.

3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated and the alleged occurrence said to have occurred on the date of election and the brother of petitioner no. 1 was a candidate who was later declared winner in the Panchayat Election. Petitioner no. 1 is said to be the order giver and the petitioner no. 2 is said to have attacked with knife to the informant which is falsified by the injury report which discloses

4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of the petitioners' arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from the date of communication of this order, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Samastipur in connection with Mohiuddin Nagar P.S. Case No. 68 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
