2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the application dated 11.01.2023 is still pending for consideration before the respondent no. 4. He further submits that this writ petition may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach respondent no. 4.

3. In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent no. 4 to dispose of the application of the petitioner which is still pending since 11.01.2023 within a period of three months from the date of production/receipt of copy of this order.
