JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03-04-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dinara P.S. Case No. 136 of 2016 registered under Sections 341,323,504,506,324,307 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that he has been falsely implicated in the present case. There is case and counter case for the occurrence took place in which both sides injured. The injury is simple in nature. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8727 of 2017 (3) dt.03-04-2017 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj (Rohtas) in connection with Dinara P.S. Case No. 136 of 2016 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
