2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in the present case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 127(2), 65(1), 75, 76, 62, 109(1), 351(2) and 3(5) of the B.N.S.

3. As per the prosecution case, one Bikendra Kumar is alleged of committing rape of a minor girl.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner is said to have protected Bikendra Kuamr. Petitioner is a man

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45685 of 2026(2) dt.09-07-2026 2/2 with a clean antecedent and he is in custody since 16.05.2026. The petitioner undertakes to co-operate in the case/ trial.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 7th District and Additional Sessions Judge-cum- Special Judge, POCSO Act, East Champaran at Motihari concerned Court below in connection with Raxaul P.S. Case No. 235 of 2026.
