Prayer in this application is for grant of anticipatory bail in Sahpur P.S. Case No. 214 of 2016 registered under Sections 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code. Counsel for the petitioner, after making submissions at some length, states that co-accused Nitish Kumar Maurya against whom identical incriminating materials were found, has been released on bail by the learned Court below. In my view, the petitioner should also surrender and pray for regular bail which shall be considered on its own merit in accordance with law. Refusing the prayer, the application is disposed of.
