That this application is for issuance of an appropriate writ / writs, order/orders or direction/directions commanding the respondent authorities to give the benefits of first and third time bound promotion / A.C.P. which has been allowed earlier but no salary and pension have been given according to the same to the petitioner who was appointed on the post of Tracer in Bihar Water

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
