This application under Section 482 of the Code of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11935 of 2017 (3) dt.03-11-2017 2/2 Criminal Procedure has been filed by the petitioners seeking quashing of the order dated 01.07.2016 whereby the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai disagreeing with the final report submitted by the investigating officer in Muffasil P. S. Case No. 116 of 2015, has taken cognizance for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201 read with 34 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.
After some arguments, Mr. S. K. Lal, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the present application in order to raise all the points available to the petitioners at the stage of framing of charge. Leave is granted.
