2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sinha P.S. Case No. 19 of 2026 registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 118(1), 109(1), 351(3), 352 read with Section 3(5) of the BNS and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the accused persons are alleged to have assaulted and fired upon the victim causing injuries to him.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 15.05.2026.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the petitioner is not named in the FIR and during investigation, it has come that the petitioner is

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the concerned Court below in connection with Sinha P.S. Case No. 19 of 2026.
