The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Chenari P.S. Case No.135 of 2013 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 366A of the Indian Penal Code, which is pending in the court of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram.

Having perused the statement of the victim girl under Section 164 Cr.P.C., I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The criminal miscellaneous application is, accordingly, dismissed.
