JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 09-07-2019 The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to approach the Circle Officer, Sasaram, District- Rohtas under the provisions of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off with the aforesaid liberty, however, with a direction the Circle Officer, Sasaram, District- Rohtas to examine the case of the petitioner and if required, institute proceedings under the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act and pass necessary orders thereafter.
