The present application has been filed for quashing the order dated 08.10.2012 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Begusarai in Barauni P.S. Case No.67 of 2012 by which cognizance has been taken against the petitioner for offence under Sections 147, 148, 341, 448, 323 and 307 of Indian Penal Code.

Considering the materials available on record, no ground for quashing of the order dated 08.10.2012 taking cognizance against the petitioner for offence under Sections 147, 148, 341, 448, 323 and 307 of Indian Penal Code is made
