Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Complaint case no. 850 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 365 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that victim girl has performed marriage with this petitioner. In this regard, he has filed the copy of the Sanad Nikah as Annexure-2. The daughter of he informant was aged about 18 years which would be apparent from Aadhar Card annexed as Annexure-3. In view of such, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35362 of 2018(4) dt.25-08-2018 2/2 dated 28.6.2018 is hereby confirmed. The petitioner will be allowed to remain on the same bail bond.
