Petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 160, 153(i), 323, 337, 338, 307, 341, 427, 435, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner was earlier granted anticipatory bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 34925 of 2013 on submission and statement that petitioner carries no criminal antecedent but the petitioner could not furnish the bail bond since petitioner was accused in one other case and under wrong instruction wrong statement was made in the earlier petition with regard to criminal antecedent of the petitioner. Since petitioner was granted anticipatory bail earlier but he could not furnish the bail bond due to the wrong
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37503 of 2015 (2) dt.17-09-2015 2/2 statement made by the petitioner, this Court is not inclined entertain the present anticipatory bail application. However, considering the fact that on merits the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail, let learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 66 of 2013, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad.
With the observations above, the application stands disposed off.
