The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections-272, 273, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section-30(a), 38(1), 41(1), 41(2)(1) of Bihar Prohibition of Liquor and Excise Act, 2016. From the house of the petitioner, liquor was allegedly recovered. The petitioner was not there. The petitioner is a lady and she has got no criminal antecedent. Normally, she does not reside in the house which is occupied by other family members. Considering the aforesaid fact as well as the fact that petitioner is a lady, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of

No.28817 of 2018 (3) dt.30-05-2018 thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court below where the case is pending in connection with Ujiyarpur P.S. Case No. 41 of 2018 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which, the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
