JUSTICE BIBEK CHAUDHURI ORAL ORDER 23-07-2024 The petitioner is a retired employee, he joined his service as 'Janjirwahak' i.e., Chain Carrier on 12th August 1980. Subsequently, at the attainment of the age of 60 years, he retired from his service on superannuation from the post of 'Janjirwahak' on 31st January 2019. It is the grievance of the petitioner that the petitioner during his service period did not get his 1st, 2nd and 3rd ACP and revision of Pay Scale as per ACP and MACP. Therefore, at the time of his retirement, he used to get the initial salary in which he was appointed. The petitioner submitted a representation to the Secretary-Cum-Special Land Acquisition Officer

Patna High Court CWJC No.10926 of 2024(2) dt.23-07-2024 2/2 (respondent no. 03) stating his grievance, but the said representation has not been disposed of.

2. The instant writ petition is accordingly disposed of directing respondent no. 03 to dispose of the representation dated 19th June 2024 within 60 days from the date of communication of this order, in accordance with law after giving an opportunity to the petitioner of being heard.
