The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation is that four unknown miscreants snatched the bag of the informant on gun point and took a purse containing S.B.I. A.T.M. and Rs.1500/-.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 19.03.2019. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The name of the petitioner has transpired in the present case on the self confession before the police. No incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner
