The Petitioner was allowed Provisional anticipatory bail by the order dated 15.5.2014 and in the nature of dispute between the Parties, the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre but none of the Parties appeared for some reasons.

Without delaying the disposal of the application any further considering the merits of the case, the Provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by the order dated 15.5.2014 in connection with C.R.
