The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Mojahidpur (Babarganj) P.S. Case No.95 of 2021 registered for offences under Sections 341, 323, 363, 366(A) and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and in view of the fact that she has been found to be 19 years old, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

No.55317 of 2021(2) dt.24-05-2022 2/2 Accordingly, let petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-VI cum Special Judge, POCSO Act, Bhagalpur in connection with Mojahidpur (Babarganj) P.S. Case No.95 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
