The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 126 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, only knife has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner but the petitioner has not committed anything wrong and he has been languishing in judicial custody since12.03.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42387 of 2019(2) dt.09-07-2019 2/2 case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 126 of 2019.
