This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Ramgarh P.S. Case No.156 of 2022 (S.Tr. No.315 of 2022) registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 498-A and 313 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. 3.

As per the F.I.R. the accused persons including the petitioner have tortured the informant for demand of dowry.

The petitioner has clean antecedent and he is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45841 of 2023(2) dt.04-08-2023 2/2 in custody since 20.06.2023.

Considering the aforesaid facts and also considering the nature of allegation, this application is allowed. 6.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Kaimur at Bhabhua, in connection with Ramgarh P.S.
