2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 848 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 137(2) of the B.N.S. later on Section 65(1) of the B.N.S. and Sections 4 and 6 of the POCSO Act were added.
3. As per the prosecution case, the victim, as per her statement, had left for Surat. She had a relationship with one Prakash. The petitioner is friend of Prakash.
4. Learned Senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. The petitioner is in custody since 22.01.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Court POCSO, West Champaran, Bettiah/concerned Court below in connection with Shikarpur P.S.
