The present petition has been filed for grant of regular bail on behalf of the petitioner in connection with Pasraha P.S. Case No. 20 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506 and 385/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. The allegation is regarding the accused persons including the petitioner herein having come to the house of the informant and having fired upon the informant and his son resulting in fire arms injury on the right hand of the son of the informant and some injury to the informant as well, however, the said injury is stated to be simple in nature. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

No.42616 of 2019(3) dt.27-09-2019 2/2 the petitioner is having a fair antecedent except one complaint case which is pending against the petitioner and he is languishing in custody since 04.02.2019. It is further submitted that the petitioner had filed a criminal case earlier bearing Pasraha P.S. Case No. 151 of 2017, against the brother of the informant, hence he has been falsely implicated in the present case at the behest of the informant of the present case. The learned counsel for the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the present case, this Court deems it fit and proper to grant regular bail to the petitioner, above named, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate1st Class, Khagaria in connection with Pasraha P.S. Case No. 20 of 2019.
