3. This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Mahila (Nawada) P.S. Case No. 06 of 2021 registered under section 341, 323, 379, 494, 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the D.P. Act.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is said to have tortured his wife for Dowry. The petitioner is in custody since 13.04.2023.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Mahila (Nawada) P.S. Case No. 06 of 2021.
