2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 493 of 2023 instituted for the offences under Sections 365 and later on added Sections 364, 120(B), 302, 201 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code
3. Prosecution story, in short, is that on 19.12.2023 the brother of the informant left the house but did not return. Later on, his dead body was recovered from the river.
4. The petitioner has renewed his prayer for grant of regular bail which was earlier rejected by this Court on the ground of nature and gravity of the offence vide order dated
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57426 of 2025(3) dt.10-10-2025 2/3 13.05.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 22987 of 2024 and other analogous cases.
5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 24.12.2023 i.e. for near about one year and six months.
6. In compliance to the order of this Court, the learned court below has sent report dated 12th September, 2025 regarding present stage of trial.
7. The report of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Kaimur at Bhabua dated 12th of September, 2025 shows that seven prosecution witnesses have been examined and, after that, statement of 313 Cr.P.C. of all seven accused of this case has been recorded. The argument has also been completed from both sides and now the record is posted for judgment on 16.09.2025.
8. This Court finds that there is no new ground to reconsider the prayer for bail of the petitioner. From the report sent by the learned court below, it appears that the argument has been completed from both sides and now the record is posted for judgment on 16.09.2025.

9. In that view of the matter, the present application stands rejected.
