Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 156 of 2016 registered under Sections- 498A of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Allegation against the petitioners, who are Bhaisur and Gotni of the informant, is torture for demand of dowry. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the allegations are general in nature and there is nothing

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50069 of 2016 (2) dt.19-12-2016 specific against these petitioners. It is further submitted that petitioners are living separately. Petitioners have clean antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as also the nature of allegations leveled against the petitioners, the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, Aurangabad in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 156 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Manish/- U T
