JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 15-02-2017 This petition has been filed for modification of order dated 15.10.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 46482 of 2015. From para-1 of the petition, it appears that bail bond of the petitioner has been cancelled by learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-X, Ara, vide order dated 02.11.2016 for filing wrong affidavit in the court below in terms of order of this Court dated 15.10.2015. In such circumstances, this court does not find any merit of this petition.

Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous application is hereby dismissed.
