The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that he has been made to retire from the job, taking a wrong date of birth as the index.
Though no details have been provided in the writ petition except for the fact that a representation has been filed by the petitioner before the DDC-cum-Chief Executive Officer, Zila Parishad, Vaishali at Hajipur which has not yet been disposed off.

Patna High Court CWJC No.13549 of 2019(2) dt.08-07-2019 2/2 for the Zila Parishad submits that even the representation preferred by the petitioner does not contain the necessary details for the issue to be decided.
This Court, therefore, directs the petitioner to make a fresh representation before the DDC-cum-Chief Executive Officer, Zila Parishad, Vaishali at Hajipur (Respondent No. 2), annexing all documents in support of his contention, within a period of three weeks, which shall be decided by him by a reasoned order in accordance with law, within a further period of eight weeks thereafter. With the aforesaid observation / direction, this petition stands disposed off.
