JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 29-03-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Sherghati (Dobhi) P. S. Case no. 14 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections 413, 414, 420, 384, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that from the written report it appears that name of the petitioner has been disclosed by the driver of the truck, who was apprehended on the spot. It is further submitted that other co-accused with similar allegation has already been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 22.03.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 13164 of 2017.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14559 of 2017 (2) dt.29-03-2017 2/2 prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of surrender/arrest of the petitioner, named above, within six weeks from today, in connection with Sherghati (Dobhi) P.S. case no. 14 of 2017, he shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Sherghati, Gaya, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
