2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that earlier petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by order dated 24.06.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20116 of 2023, but in the prayer portion of the original bail petition inadvertently 'to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj has been typed in place of 'to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram, Rohtas' and the same has been typed in the order dated 24.06.2023.

3. Let the same be corrected and read as 'to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram, Rohtas'. Accordingly, the order dated 24.06.2023 is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50954 of 2023(2) dt.09-08-2023 2/2 modified to the extent as indicated above.

4. Four weeks further time from the date of receipt of this order is allowed to the petitioner to surrender in the court below.

5. This modification application is accordingly, allowed.
