2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Chautham P.S. Case No. 90 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 103(1), 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, three persons have killed the deceased. The allegation against the petitioner is that she has participated in the conspiracy and killing of the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is a lady and she is in custody since 15.04.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45294 of 2025(2) dt.30-07-2025 2/2 for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria/concerned Court below in connection with Chautham P.S. Case No. 90 of 2025 subject to condition that:- (i). The Petitioner will cooperate in the framing of charge and she will appear personally on each and every date till the framing of charge. After framing of charge, she can appear personally or through her lawyer on the date fixed by the Court below.
