The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Purnahiya P. S. Case No. 62 of 2016 instituted under Sections 363, 366A and 366/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is that the petitioner along with others enticed away the minor daughter of the informant. It is submitted that the girl of the informant is major and she has married voluntarily out of her own will with the petitioner and they are living together, which fact is reflected from her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. and she also raised apprehension of danger of her life and of her matrimonial family members at the hands of the informant because of inter caste marriage.

No.6627 of 2017 (2) dt.10-02-2017 2/2 Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar in connection with Purnahiya P.S.Case No. 62 of 2016; subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
