ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 29-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Raniganj (R.S. O.P.) P.S.Case No.8 of 2015 registered under sections 341, 323, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was added. Case diary in the present case was called for which has been received.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though there is allegation against the petitioner that she had sprinkled Kerosene oil on the deceased, there is material on record to show that the deceased had herself committed suicide. Learned counsel for the State has submitted that it has

No.30313 of 2015 (3) dt.29-10-2015 2/2 come on the record that the petitioner regularly fights with the deceased and that the FIR has been lodged by the deceased Pinki Devi in the Sadar Hospital, Araria. Specific allegation against the petitioner is that she poured Kerosene oil on the body of the deceased. It has also come on record that the petitioner along with her daughter and other persons lit the deceased on fire and left for some other place abandoning her in burning condition. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. It is, accordingly, rejected.
