2. Learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the petitioners, seeks permission to withdraw this application to pursue their grievance before Rehabilitation Council of India by filing a fresh representation for the relief which has been sought for their registration, which is the purpose of filing of the present writ application.
3. Without entering into the merits of the claim of the petitioners, this application is allowed to be withdrawn with an observation that if any representation is filed by the petitioners, within a period of one (1) months from today, the Rehabilitation Council of India shall pass appropriate order/s within a period of two (2) months thereafter.
