JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 24-07-2024 Learned counsel for the petitioner at the very beginning has submitted that by mistake, the antecedent of the petitioner has not been mentioned in paragraph No. 3 of the petition though he is accused in one case i.e. Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 783 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/149/341/323/384/504/506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Darpa P.S. Case No. 46 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363/366 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. The petitioner is said to have eloped with the wife of the informant. He is in jail since 19.04.2024.

Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class / concerned court, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Darpa P.S.
