2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Amba P.S. Case No. 117 of 2023 for the offence under Sections 8(c)/20(b)(ii)(b)/25 of the NDPS Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 19.05.2023.

4. As per prosecution case, 2 Kg of Ganja has been recovered from the motorcycle of the petitioner which was being driven by the petitioner.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and period of custody, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail after completing nine months in judicial custody on furnishing bail bonds of

No.46312 of 2023(2) dt.28-07-2023 2/2 Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge (NDPS)-cum-Addl. District & Sessions Judge-1st, Aurangabad in connection with Amba P.S. Case No. 117 of 2023.

6. The petitioner will visit Hariharganj Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
