The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Gogri (Paura) P.S. Case No.243 of 2015 registered under Sections 304(B), 120(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Sri Brajesh Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Khagaria.

The accusation is that on 19.08.2015, the deceased Juli Devi, the daughter of the informant, whose marriage was performed on 11.11.2014 with Manish Mahto, son of Shyam Mahto, of village-Kishanpur Diyara, Post-Parmanandpur, P.S. Balia, District-Begusarai, moved from her parental house saying

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6654 of 2017 (3) dt.25-04-2017 2/2 that her husband has asked her that her cousin brother-in-law will give her money after withdrawing the same from A.T.M. but she did not return. Later on, the informant came to know that his daughter has been killed by Rajesh Singh, Chandan Singh and this petitioner by pressing her neck and her dead body has been thrown in the water.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioner is not the in-laws of the deceased, the daughter of the informant, and has falsely been implicated in this case.

Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case and the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail stands rejected. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) P.S./- U
