The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is that in the mark sheet submitted for appointment of Panchayat Teacher, she changed the mark as 573 in place of 392.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner has been made accused in this case due to mistake of fact. The petitioner was not aware of the marks, indicated in her

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48324 of 2018 (5) dt.08-10-2018 mark sheet. The petitioner has already resigned from the post of Panchayat Teacher. The petitioner is a lady.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Sono P.S. Case No. 335 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
