Petitioners apprehend their arrest in Yadavpur (Jadopur) P.S. Case No.125 of 2019 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have committed no offence and have falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner rather the alleged recovery has been made from the bank of a river near Patahara Ghat.
Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55984 of 2021(2) dt.08-04-2022 2/2 arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Gopalganj in connection with Yadavpur (Jadopur) P.S.
