The prayer of the petitioner is as follows:- "That this application is for issuance of an appropriate writ or writs, order or orders, direction or directions and thereby to issue a writ in the nature of mandamus directing/commanding the respondents to dispose of Revenue Appeal No. 25/2004 which has been filed by the petitioner on 26.2.2004 against the order dated 24.12.2003 passed by the learned Deputy Collector, Land Reforms (in short D.C.L.R.), Sadar, Purnea in Case No. 129/1999-2000 by which the learned D.C.L.R. has granted Bataidari right to the respondent Shyama Devi and thereby declared the said Shyama Devi as Bataidar of the petitioner's land."
