The petitioner is in custody since 02.02.2023 in connection with Tandwa P.S. Case No. 30/2022 registered for the offence punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is involved in the loot of money and tab.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and the entire prosecution story is false and fabricated. He further submits that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R., his name transpired in this case during the course of investigation on the basis of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46791 of 2023(2) dt.28-07-2023 2/2 suspicion. Petitioner is also accused in one similar case. In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on bail after completion on nine months in custody, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VII, Aurangabad in connection with Tandwa P.S. Case No. 30/2022.

The petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Police Station on the 1st Sunday of each month. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Saif/- U T
