The petitioner was removed from the post of Aganbari Sewika basically on account of her one day absent on 28.5.2012 at Centre No. 93, Jagdishpur, Masaurhi, Patna Similar issue was considered by a coordinate bench of this Court on the order of removal on one day absent without intimation was held to be unsustainable.

In order to maintain consistency, the Court is constrained to allow the writ application. The order of removal

Patna High Court CWJC No.2188 of 2021(2) dt.08-03-2021 2/2 as well as the order of the appellate authority is hereby quashed. The petitioner shall deemed to have been reinstated immediately.

With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
