The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Paraiya P.S. Case No. 214 of 2020 registered under Sections 341, 342, 323, 307, 506, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners is innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. There is no specific allegation against the petitioners. Further he submits that in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.629 of 2021(5) dt.04-01-2022 2/2 alleged occurrence, injury is not found.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Paraiya P.S. Case No. 214 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
