The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No. 310 of 2020 registered for the offences under Sections 461, 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner has been named in the self-inculpatory statement of co-accused Gautam Kumar @ Monta. Considering the above facts, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. This application for anticipatory bail is dismissed.

In case the petitioner surrenders and prays for regular bail before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, the court below will consider the petition for regular bail
