2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the D.P. Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He submits that the petitioner is ready to keep the opposite party no. 2 with full honor and dignity.

4. In compliance of order dated 21.12.2023, both

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46506 of 2023(8) dt.18-01-2024 2/2 the petitioner and the opposite party no. 2 are physically present in the Court. The petitioner is ready to keep the opposite party no. 2 with full honor and dignity with him and the opposite party no. 2 is also ready to live with the petitioner. The petitioner also agreed to take opposite party no. 2 with him to her matrimonial home from the Court itself.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Complaint Case No. 3515 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
