1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this is the second attempt of the petitioner to seek regular bail. It is next submitted that petitioner had earlier moved before this Court seeking regular bail by filing Cr. Misc. No.83826 of 2024 and the same was rejected by an order dated 06.12.2024 on the ground that in the FIR, it was alleged that liquor along with 1.5 kg. of ganja and a country-made pistol and one live cartridge was recovered from the joint family house of the petitioner.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recovery of Ganja is of small quantity and petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and the house is a joint family property, as such, it cannot be alleged with certainty that it was

It is further submitted that charges against the petitioner has been framed by an order dated 21.03.2025 (Annexure-3) to the bail application, as such, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks bail.
4. Learned A.P.P. opposes the bail application.
5. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and also taking into consideration the fact that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and charges have been framed and recovery of Ganja is of small quantity and petitioner is in custody since 06.08.2024, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Excise Court No.4, Gaya in connection with Konch P. S. Case No.144 of 2024, subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be his father namely, Sudarshan Ram.
6. The application stands allowed.
7. However, in the event, if the learned trial Court comes to a conclusion that the petitioner after his release is
